(ii) A standing committee - “Working Group”- of the Research School Council – comprising the School Administrator, and the Vice Prefekts with responsibility for research education, will meet on a regular (typically once every two weeks) basis to ensure operational integration of the Research School within each Institution’s internal processes and continuity of operation (e.g., when the chair of the council rotates) etc.

(iii) The key operational tasks are to schedule events and plan content, and ensure productive connectivity between Institutions.
