Music Teacher Concert on United Nations Day

Concert

A concert in which music teacher students share samples of their artistic expression in different ensemble configurations. Basic values issues and international collaboration are important components of the music teacher programme and how music and the arts have the potential to bridge various boundaries and language barriers between people.

Tickets are free, book via hsm.gu.se
The students who perform at the concert would like to suggest that instead of paying a ticket fee, the audience make a donation to Unicef's programme for each individual child's right to education. Donations may be made at the concert.

Students from the music teacher training programme rehearse for the Music Teacher Concert on United Nations Day, taking place on 24 October at the Academy of Music and Drama. Susanna Lindén: piano, vocals; Charlie Lopez: drums; Elise Johansson: backing vocals; Elin Andersson: backing vocals; Kajsa Ekstener: clarinett; Eira Hjärtstam: trumpet.
